I have used Enterprise for well over a decade now. I usually frequent the Enterprise Rent A Car on 15th street and sometimes at the airport when doing one ways to visit friends up state. Abram and the rest of the staff at the 15th street office are very friendly and professional and always make me feel welcome there. I especially like using the $9.99 a day weekend special, which comes to a total of just $40 (tax included) for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and turning it back in sometime Monday. The best thing I love about using Enterprise is the bonus points system they have in place. I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate it. There was one time where I urgently needed to get my son to a specialist, but I didn't have the money to rent a car. I then remembered the bonus points I'd accrued over the past years and was able to redeem what I needed to rent a midsize car FREE. Now why would I go anywhere else for the next coming decades?
Great service will meet customers needs by any means necessary. Only place I go to for rentals. I love it!!!
Made a weekend reservation, then got a call 1/2 hour later saying the reservation was cancelled. Uh, what?!? Then what was the point of a reservation? I asked to speak to a manager, then was hung up on. So I called the main corporate number, redid the registration from another local office, and was asked how I would pay. I had a fraud incident an my Chase card was being resent, so I told the lady I would be using a debit card and she said "great" and we ended the call. When I arrived at the office, I was in a hurry for work, had my GM sitting in the car waiting, and I was told at the counter I would need two printed bills that showed my address. After a bit, I was able to get the AT&T bill up and showed my address... and he said I needed another. By this point my GM is frustrated and mad, she left. I ended up not being able to secure the card (who carries printed bills with them) and walked away. I called Chase, asked if they could help, so they turned on my card for the one charge (Chase has great customer service), I got done with my work and on the way back, I tried calling to see if my reservation was still active. For my entire 15 drive, the recorded announcement said that "my call was important" and it kept trying the local office, and never did someone answer. I got to the office and asked about their phone issues, and the manager said... in a flippant tone, "we're busy, sometimes we can't answer the phone" I wonder how the district manager would feel about that? All in all, got the car, and a great deal...all diminished by such terrible customer service.

I rented a car for the first time a few weekends ago and had a wonderful experience here. Very friendly and quick to get me set up with the car considering it was Friday right before close. The car ran wonderfully had no trouble at all. Returning was quick and painless. Will be returning.
