We leased our SUV from the Panama City, FL airport. From picking up our Jeep Compass to returning it; the experience was seamless. Great directions and great customer service.
There was only 1 negative. The D/C plug in the dash for phone charging did not work. i discovered this after my phone battery ran down rather than charging. I was able to find an alternate plug. I reported it when I turned it in and they flagged the vehicle for repair.
My ticket agent was exceptional. He was alone at the counter with a long line of customers, yet he kept his professional demeanor and poise, worked efficiently and effectively, and maintained a sense of humor. He deserves 10 stars.
My car broke down when over there they give me other car...i let know the have lost time doing exchange because they didn't have more car where I was and I have to wait for someone to drop one they said drop empty in gas how is possible with traffic in panama...plus I rent the car for 7 days I didn't read the contract 5 days ...they charge me more because of that.. can I have refund because almost 1/2 tank and the time lose for the car broke ...they said good luck ...worse people ever no trusted them.. they will try to get you anyway they can ...
The vehicle was what I ordered and very clean inside and out.
