Coastal Mobility Transportation, is the best Non-emergency transportation company in Bay County and surrounding areas. Would suggest that any one that has Staywell insurance or other insurance company's that offer Coastal Mobility should try them. Unlike other transportation company's ie US Medical, Coastal Mobility has you at your destination on time and pick you up at the end of your appointment and takes you home in a timely manor, with trust worthy vehicles and working Air Conditioners and Heaters.
I have staywell and have rode with many of the companies that provide medical transportation in Bay County through Staywell MTM and find Coastal Mobility is the only company that gets me to my appointments on time and does not leave for hours after the appointment or have me riding in vehicles without A/C for hours to get home. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I live in Fountain Fl and most of my appointments are in Panama City Florida. It can take some fighting with MTM to get them but well worth the time and effort.
