There aren't too many places that go out of their way to accommodate a customer, but The Sleep Center and Jeff is one of them. I bought a bed without my wife (first mistake) and bought what I thought we would sleep well on. It just wasn't firm enough for my wife. All I needed to do was mention it to Jeff and he offered to exchange it for something firmer. The new mattress was taller than the old one and Jeff offered to exchange the box springs for shorter ones. The entire crew has just been pleasant to deal with. Thank you guys.
Best customer service experience we've had since moving to Panama City. I had a discrepancy with my payment for my mattress (bank's fault) and the staff did everything in their power to resolve the issue, going above and beyond what was required. All of the staff are down to Earth people, who give you 100% attention and do not try to sell the most expensive product, but the one that is right for you. We went back and bought a futon because we knew what to expect - quality and great customer service! Easily 5 Stars for them!

I absolutely love The Sleep Center... my last three mattresses were purchased here as well as numerous pillows and sheet sets. The shopping experience was so easy and professional-- these people really know their products! Within a few minutes we narrowed our choices down to a handful of mattresses. It was actually fun laying on them and feeling the differences. I never thought mattress buying would be so interesting but like I said, they are VERY knowledgeable about the products as well as the companies. It really was like having my own personal mattress expert there in the store with me. And the delivery was spot-on, too. I wondered who would be showing up at my door but every time they have been the nicest, most pleasant delivery people. They let me choose the day and time and then called to let me know they were on their way. Exceptional product and service all the way around. Love this place!
