I would definitely stay here. The rooms were nice ,the staff was very nice ,and professional .Very good prices best price around. I give it a five star! Thank you for having affordable clean hotel!
We made a reservation and showed up about 3 hours later.as soon as we pulled in the parking lot we decided it was not a place we would stay,didn't even have to walk into the room. In all fairness when we made the reservation they warned us it was non refundable but still being charged 165 dollars to pull through a parking lot when they know well no family in Thierry right mind would stay there just doesn't set well. If you're looking for a safe clean place to stay go elsewhere. I give them one star because 0 was not an option.
The stuff is very friendly and accommodating. I think this was the part I liked the most, the woman in the front desk was very kind and helpful. Our room was very spacious. Carpet look dirty and had a weird smell. Bathroom was clean and in good condition. Towels were clean. Bed was comfortable. No major noises. If you ask for a room far from the street you might unnoticed the noise.
Worst place for I've ever been to. The lady in the front had a horrible attitude after I caught her trying to add additional charges for having one more person. it says nothing there on their policy about additional charges for additional people and when i told her the attitude wasn't necessary she then proceeded to kick me out of the lobby. No chance to speak to the manager or anything. When I had asked for a refund she stated she wouldn't give me my money back, mind you I haven't even received my room key yet by this point. When I told her I would call corporate she insisted to mock me. These people will take your money and kick you out without even giving you a room key. The photos online are definitely misleading. This place looks like a rundown motel. I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. You can get way better service somewhere else.
Wonderful place to stay! Nice clean quiet and away from beach traffic, but close enough to be near everything.
