It was cheap and just a bit far from the beaches. The front staff was not professional in appearances. I feel that how they present themselves to guest depends on how they dress also. However the clean ladies were super sweet and nice. Love them.
One thing for sure that caught my attention was the shower curtains had molds growing on them! I think they need to focus more on guest attention and cleanness.
Nice place to stay if you are not one of those people that has to have 'everything! ' I stay here during Thunder Beach Rally and it suits my needs just fine. Wonderful breakfast bar and friendly staff make this a place to stay if you're on a budget. Thumbs up!
The staff is amazing. The price is good as well, not too expensive but, you know paying for quality right? The pool is always clean, and the food in the breakfast bar is very yummy.
I stayed here very recently with my girlfriend. The Staff was very nice, the bed and pillows were amazing, and the room itself smelled and looked clean when we went in. It was a little way from the beach but the bed really made up for that, and when you are spending time at the beach all you really want out of a hotel is a nice place to sleep, right? This was definitely it.

If I could give it a zero, I would. Not only is customer service terrible, they rip you off too. When I called to confirm my service, the woman I spoke to told me that everything checked out and just to bring my ID and the debit card I used as proof it was me. When I got there, however, there was a big man with a terrible attitude there and demanded that we pay a $75 deposit to ensure nothing happened. I thought it was weird that no one mentioned this deposit when I booked the room or the lady I spoke to, but if I didn't pay the deposit, I couldn't get my money back for the room either so we paid it. Then, the man said that if we had anybody but us going into the room, they would charge an additional $400 dollars! For a normal hotel, you don't pay per person, you pay for the room! He then proceeded to try to grab my arm to put the hotel wristband on, and when I wouldn't let him touch my arm, he started cussing me out! I let my friend put it on and we walked out. The hotel room was nice, but we really only slept there since we were gone all night. It was cold, but to get extra blankets, you have to pay an additional amount (wtf? ). When we were checking out, a different man sent someone in to inspect the room before he,gave us our deposit back! He then told me that because my hair dye leaked onto the pillowcase I would be charged $30 because he was so sure it wouldn't come out! I've gotten hair dye on white clothes, and all it took was a little vinegar and some bleach to make them like new again! Then he started yelling at me because I told him that! Our neighbors from another room got their money, clothes and ID stolen by the staff while they were out, and we saw another man dressed in the Days Inn uniform going into our bags when he thought we weren't looking! Overall, horrible place. Please don't go here for your trip to Panama
