during the month of june 21-24 2017 my family and I stayed at this hotel the room was not as clean as it should be left the hotel the next day returned the bathroom floor was full of water had to use towels to cover the floor I was told the toilet would be fixed the next day but it was not we were their 4 nights it was never fixed not knowing that there was reviews the months before about this same situation . the beds hard we was given dirty towels that had to be returned. 2 of my granddaughter got bed bugs in another room on check out day I ask to see the owner he was not there when I contacted him for a discount for the services we received please read your reviews of hotels
We stayed stayed here with a large group of people. We reserved 4 rooms, and we were due to check in at 2 on a Wednesday. When we arrived our rooms were still being cleaned. When I asked if there was anyway they could move us, the guy at the front desk was very rude. We stood in the hallway with a baby, teenagers and all of our luggage for over 30 mins. That evening, one of the 4 rooms that we were in, the door knob fell completely off and they were unable to get into their room. When we confronted the front desk they laughed and said they would get someone on it. They didn't do that until the next morning. One of our guys ended up going to his tool box and fixing it enough that they could us the room. 1 room was given 2 towels for 4 people, we asked for more and were told they didn't have any clean. Things like this continued daily during our stay. The only positives was a nice lady at the front desk who was more than helpful in many ways, and she had just come on shift after working an 8 hour shift before. She still managed to have a smile on her face and be very accommodating. Needless to say, we will not be staying at this hotel again.
The person at the front desk on the day shift is very rude and unprofessional. Could learn how to deal with the public.
Great Room Service. Rooms Are A Decent Size For 2-4 Guests. Location Is Good
This place was a dump and horrible for the price. Mold in bathroom, halls and ceiling. Sheets were stained or dirty. Ice maker was broken.There was no breakfast when we got up at 7am and still not refilled when we left at 8. The feont morning person was too busy on her personal phone to even look at the guest. The front area was dirty and gross. Do not stay unless you're okay with filth and rudeness.
