I almost never stay at Comfort Inn or Suites but this one is very nice as cared to others. It is very very clean, upgraded and decent breakfast. You won't go wrong here. Others IDK?
For the price, this hotel was amazing. Clean rooms. Large and roomy and modern. The breakfast spread was amazing! Something different every morning and great for the price of free. The only thing I would say we didn't like was the hot tub stinks and so we didn't get in it. Smells like a dirty hot tub with an unexplainable smell. Other than that, it was great. Takes about 30 minutes to get to the beach from here, this part of town is kind of sketchy but you forget that once you step inside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed in room 224 for five nights because of a mandatory evacuation during Hurricane Irma. We were comfortable even though the hotel was full of evacuees and was noisy. Breakfast was okay, but not great. We went to the Waffle House down the street most mornings. Wifi was slow in the mornings, but improved as the day wore on. Cable TV had a good assortment of channels that gave us news of the storm where our home was. Staff was good accept for one person on the desk that I thought was unreasonable. We extended an extra day because the evacuation order had not been lifted where our home was. At 12:30 PM on Tuesday we found out we could go home the next day. We tried to cancel the last day. They refused and we were told we would be charge the full $119.00 no matter if we stayed or not. We were forced to stay. Because of this we will not stay here or any Comfort Suites properties anywhere again.
Staff was friendly. Rooms smelled nice. Pool was clean and hot tub was pretty awesome as well.. gets hot.. in a good way. Feels wonderful. Worth the stay. Be sure to sign up as a choice member to recieve points and specials.
WOW!!! Our 4 night stay was Excellent! ! We appreciated their level of Cleanliness, even the parking lot was clean. Super- Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Friendly staff was eager to help resolve issues with credit card charges. We'll stay here when in town again
