On the beach. All rooms face the water, excellent customer service and clean, recently updated, spacious 1 BR suite. We are planning to return there next year.
Great place to bring a family. The resort has a lot of stuff to do together. Our rooms were very nice and clean!
The resort was great. Pool and beaches beautiful. Stayed in room 1430. It was very spacious and clean. Plenty of towels. The view from the balcony was unbelievable!
I visited friends staying in a condo. I was not impressed. Their condo was nice. However, I did not like the parking and the long walk from the parking garage through the lobby to an elevator through another lobby to another elevator, up multiple floors to the room. Then back through all of that to go to the pool and/or beach. It's just not the atmosphere for me and my family.
When we arrived the desk attendant had a sign that said he was out to lunch and to return in 1 hour. Upon getting our room 1232, when we entered it had an odor and the carpet was extremely dirty, walls dirty as well. We called the front desk and the following day they cleaned the carpet. The condo needs a serious update. For the price we paid we expected much more. The mattress was old and we could feel the bed springs. The bath tub drain was clogged and I had to clean it so we didn't have to stand in standing water while we showered. Kitchen & bathroom were clean. The view however is great. Bottom line, if someone spent some time cleaning, painting, and updating the furniture the place would be great.
