Home away from home my first experience was leaving another local hotel that was not in great order as soon as walking in the door you can smell the cleanliness then seen the lovely breakfast area knowing that they had it going on for a amazing hot breakfast!
Sausage biscuits gravy eggs biscuits sausage patties multiple cereals waffles orange juice apple juice milk Donuts muffins bagels English muffins fresh fruit yogurt hot chocolate coffee tea and assorted varieties. The staff is very friendly exceptionally helpful rooms are neat and tidy and if you need anything all you have to do is ask. Amazing shower pressure tubs to take a nice soaking bath beds that feel like Heavenly pillows great computer stations to set up for your little personal business excellent selection of TV channels to sit back and veg out in order a pizza and enjoy your relaxation away from everything.
I would rate this ZERO stars if I could. First off the first room we were in smelt like mildew, sweat and urine all combined. HORRIBLE smell. I ignored it until I pulled the sheets up and there was hair in my bed. That is when I went down stairs to ask if sheets could be changed and they told me I had to do it myself because there was no housekeeping. I then spotted green mold on the ceiling and toe nail clippings on the floor along with a needle SYRINGE cap, and an empty water bottle. After I spotted all of that I requested another room and the front desk lady said there were no other rooms available so I made her call the owner. The owner comes to check out the room and keeps denying that there is mold on the ceiling and said the syringe cap was just a normal piece of plastic, but at this point I am requesting a refund for the mold. He then gives me another room that also smells and the toilet is clogged. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE, EVEN IF ITS JUST FOR ONE NIGHT. This is the type of HOTEL or should I say MOTEL that gives this industry such a bad name.
I rented the jacuzzi king bed suite. It was delightful! We enjoyed the nice red heart shaped tub, the great water pressure in the shower, and amount of towels that we were given (even though it was just the two of us). The continental breakfast was simple. It featured biscuits, gravy, sausage, eggs, and various pastries. There was also the "make your own waffle" griddle available. The only changes that I would make are a better smelling elevator, more fruit featured at breakfast (only apples), and directions for using the jacuzzi should be posted somewhere. I did not use the pool. Overall, fun trip!
The owners are not very nice or professional, they constantly speak In their language in front of you. When we walked to our room all you could smell is cigarette smoke, we get to our room it looks clean until you find a pair of dirty underwear, we tell the owners and they say they will get someone to come clean it. This was at 10:00 am and no one returned to our room until 4:30 pm to clean it. And they told us they would switch us rooms and never followed through. Nor did we receive any help about the underwear, they asked us to bring them down ourselves so I did and they just threw them away. The owner Mrs.Patel said oh well there’s nothing we can do about this.
Check-in was pleasant however pool is closed due to concrete deck repairs. Room was clean but bathroom fixtures were worn, toilet handle sticks, tub drain plug not operational. Dead bolt for night security did not work. House keeping staff refused to take my used towels @ 3:15pm even though I said I did not need service on the room. The day staff were so unhelpful to me with a broken foot. The Breakfast buffet was out of both types of milk, pancake batter empty, no sausage and only 1 biscuit left when I arrived @ 9am. Thankfully I had coffee in my room so I went out for a good breakfast. I told the mom of 4 children to ask for milk so her family could at least have cold cereal. I observed the front desk gal covers the check outs, the buffet and housekeeping. Really Ramada? If you are taking our room fees at least staff the place so it is more than a bed and bath for weary travelers.
