I'll give them 3 stars, because I think they are genuinely trying to get better, but local VW service is still the weakest new car dealer service I've experienced anywhere. They need to learn to under-promise and over-deliver. They also need to staff up to meet customer demand. Our latest experience was another case of taking longer than we were told to expect, and then failing to communicate status or return our calls for status updates. And now we've got to go back, because a dash warning light was blinking when we drove the car home after the latest service.
I have gotten almost all my service for my VW here and they have been phenomenal. Always thorough and very helpful for every question. I even looked at getting a new VW here and Michael Behr was the best representative I have ever talked to at any dealership answered all my questions and helped every step.
Love this place Sean Clark is a rock star. This makes the fifth vehicle I have bought from them 2 one this year. Very easy to deal with.all the staff is great.

I should probably wait until I get my Jetta back from the service center, but I have been so happy with my experience thus far in regards to the service center. Both Kevin and the parts manager saved me over $100 in my diagnosis by checking under the hood and checking my time chain, which is what I told them I had suspected all along. They are also replacing a part under extended warranty in order to save me money on my carbon cleaning since my intake manifold will already be off. I was initially super nervous about taking my car into a repair shop (being a female and the stigma of being mechanically illiterate) but Kevin has been straight forward, extremely helpful, and been able to get back with me any time I leave a message for him. Thanks for a good experience! Saves me from trying to fix the car on base in the little spare time I have.
