Clay was super helpful and got us financed in only an hour. Their prices are mostly below NADA guidelines and they have very clean vehicles in their inventory. I would highly recommend them. They are very laid back and no sales pressure whatsoever.
I drove down from Alabama today because they had a truck in the specs I have been looking for but unfortunately we could not make a deal. I came to play ball (pre-approved loan, trade title in hand) but the truck had a front end vibration and the rear main was seeping. Would you fix the truck? no. Would you come down on your price to compensate for repairs? no. Then I was offered the option to purchase an extended vehicle protection plan. I did not really even know what to say and was quite astounded at such business practices. If you want retail prices have a retail product. The fact that they would not budge a single dollar on price to me is not only bad business but poor character. It was a long two hour ride home after dealing with these folks, I would not recommend going to Bestway Auto.
This is a very good dealership to deal with. My F-150 they sold me was at a reasonable price to what the blue book value was (slightly under average) and the issues I pointed out before buying like the power steering pump and random noise in the dash on start up were repaired at no expense to me. They even gave me a truck from the lot to drive while mine was being repaired. They gave me a fair trade in value for my WRX. The only thing keeping it from that 5th star is some communication issues (didn't always receive a call back). Overall a great place and I would go back to get another vehicle from them if I needed to and I will recommend them to others.
If you read this owners response and still want to go here I would be very surprised.
I stand by what I said and I will include the picture of the bell housing so it can be seen that is it seeping and that it was not changed. If it was just changed why was that not mentioned when I mentioned the oil? Probably because with the lack of tool marks on the bolts show it was not changed and it will need to be in the next year.

Positives: They offered me what I feel is a fair trade value. The truck I went to look at was overall clean even though it had issues.

I think it is awesome you try to belittle and discredit people in any review that does not include five stars while minimizing any claim that you may not be perfect. Your response is the lack of that character I suspected since we have never actually met. To file an insurance claim on a known issue prior to the purchase of the insurance is called fraud. I have no problem with companies offering protection but when you offer it as a solution to a problem on a vehicle it is illegal and you are putting you buyers in a bad situation, maybe I did not make that clear. The truck was listed online for $22900 if you did a price drop that is I am assuming because no one was buying the truck and I was told military service gets an automatic $500 credit so I did not count that as your company working with me on the price. So your stance is thank you for your service use the money we gave you off to go pay for an $800+ rear main job and front end work or file a fraudulent claim on the insurance you just bought from us? I wrote an honest review (the good with the bad) and being you never spoke a word to me at your dealership I find it ironic you are so interested in me now and feel the need to lash out.
They were great!!!! Hopefully they will stand behind their word
