Andrew Silva was my sales guy and he was an absolute pro. There are SO many features on the Ford Trucks today and he was well versed in every aspect of functionality and the specific packages available on the various trucks. I ended up buying a new King Ranch F-150 and love it! This is my 4th King Ranch model and Ford makes them better every year. I would strongly recommend you work with Andrew Silva, super guy, very smart, outstanding attention to detail.
I called to schedule and an appointment to bring my car in with multiple issues and thought I'd have to wait a while to get in, but I was scheduled the very next morning. I had Sean help me, who has helped me once before and is very nice and considerate. It feels like he cares about my cars wellbeing, not just the check he'll get out of it. I was there for 5 1/2 hours, which was expected with all the things going on with my car, and was given two updates on my car throughout the process which was really nice. They have complimentary snacks and coffee which was a very nice surprise, especially since I was coming in at 7 AM. Overall I am very satisfied with this Ford and would definitely recommend you to take your car here for anything from a check engine light to an oil change!
