Just go to Jeff Gainer he's amazing. Only reason why they get a 5 star. He truly cares about his customers and thinks of them. We were looking for another car for my husband and he didn't have to call me, but he did and said hey I have something here your husband might like. The service department well .. that's another store :X

Had some issues when i got my car back but they where very nice and fixed it all up for me
I've been able to call and make an appointment pretty much any time and they can get me in sometimes it takes longer than others but today they did tell me that it would be longer if I wanted to have something extra done which I did but all in all I've been very happy with Bay Motors
Little more than thieves. They wanted $1500. I spent $350 somewhere else.
