I got a car from and was making payments on it and they told me that if anything went wrong with the car to let them know and they would fix it and they knew I had had kids..like two weeks later things started going wrong with the car and I told them and they said it was my problem and I had to fix it myself..so never going back here....went and bought a better car somewhere else and I'm very happy with it..but this place here USA auto is a scam...
Awful. My fiancé put a 100.00 down to hold a car to talk to me about it. Went to pick up the money and they told him no. Never go to USA auto. They will screw you quicker than a hooker on a corner. BEWARE! These people are crooks.
This business sold a single mother of 2 a 2005 Dodge Caravan for 1500.00 the radiator was bad and made her pay for another one and when she told them the van was running hot, one of the employees told her it should have never been sold to her because it was a vehicle that was to be taken to pick and pull. Now that they have sold it to her they are denying that it was suppose to go to pick and pull. This place will screw you out of your money and the people there are very rude. Everybody on this site should get together and take these people to court. You can't sale anything knowingly be untruthful about what is wrong with it and just take people's money, that is illegal. If everybody gets together this place will be shut down.
