I cannot say enough about how wonderful this team at Camping World of Panama City has been. We have been looking around for a while and have had some not so great experiences with other dealerships. This team did not pressure us into buying anything. They showed us a variety of campers with layouts that we were looking for. We found one that we liked and Chad made sure that the purchasing process went very smoothly. They walked us through every detail of our camper until we were comfortable with operating everything. The team made sure that we had all that we needed to safely begin our next camping adventure in our new trailer. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to find you the perfect camper. My salesman was great for a new hire . I found camping world in general to be somewhat disorganized in making sure all the accessories are included or telling you what is not included in your purchase. The tech who performed the walk through was also very good. I also concluded that camping world does a bait and switch in their internet and sales promotions. They don’t tell you about the costly add ons, such as $500 setup and $1800 delivery on a $12,000 unit until the general mgr comes out with his quote . So I would advise anyone to try to negotiate those down
Bought a brand new camper in July and after getting it set up on a campsite where we were storing it, WE noticed the door would not lock. The drip rail and the frame work would not allow the door to close properly. We called and spoke to someone in service (after MANY MANY phone calls) who apologized and said they would pick it back up and have it fixed. They kept it one month and brought it back to the campground UNFIXED! We fixed it ourselves on our next camping trip. During THAT trip the bedroom flooded!! Keystone had not tightened the fittings in the fresh water intake. We called Camping World who said they would pick it up and call us. They never called! Imagine that! Finally got in touch with a very nice guy named Gordon who said HE would definitely keep us in the loop. That was 3 weeks ago. No word. We finally get back in contact with Gordon who informs us our case had been given to someone else. My impression of this place?. In a big hurry to sell you something and get you out the door, totally unconcerned with customer service or for that matter service in general. Don't walk away from this place... RUN!!!
Adam was GREAT and we really enjoyed working with him. Camping World in Panama City went above and beyond to help us get the travel trailer we really wanted. We live close to a Camping World and we don't like to shop there. PC location was so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the sales personal in the store to the salesmen and the financial people! Thanks so much and we are loving our new camper!
If my RV broke down in front of this place I wouldn't go inside to use the phone. The sales people seem ok and the retail seems ok also. Service... is a hot trash fire. Stay away. I can't say it enough. Stay away. 4 months of multiple trips for simple warranty work. Never ending lies and excuses.
