I had an appointment at 10:00, arrived at 10:02, and was greeted quickly. That was the only good part of my experience.
I was referred to them by a friend. Dr favaloro was great and so much help. I have gone to other vets in the area but after seeing him I would never go anywhere else.

Dr Favalora has always cared deeply about what he does. We live on the beach and This office is so worth the time, energy, scheduling and everything else involved for our pets. Recommend highly!
EDIT: They did call me soon after I left to apologize and offered to let me come back in within the hour and have top priority so I changed my rating from 1 to 2 stars. I'm still not going back.
I waited 45 minutes with no explanation as to what was taking so long. Every other patient was taken in before me, including the many that came in after me. I finally asked why I hadn't been seen and they assured me I was next. Well two minutes later they came out and called back someone who had gotten there only minutes before.
I quickly told them I was taking my business elsewhere and that was when they finally offered to see what the holdup was. I told them no thank you because my toddler was losing patience and my newborn needed to eat. There was no apology - nothing. I'm never going back.
