Our dog Maize a maltese needed emergency surgery on a Friday night, she was in surgery for nearly 2 hours, when she was out the Dr. Called us and said she is doing well, but not out of the woods yet. The following day we had not heard anything and we became very concerned, since it was Saturday the clinic was closed, not knowing what to do, I found Jason their Techinian on Facebook and ask him if he could find out the status of Maize. Within serveral minutes Jason called and set our minds at ease that she was doing well. My wife and I wanted to say thanks to Jason for his caring and compassion during this trying time. Dr. Bartels and staff were very helpful in answering all our questions and concerns.
