Kind Service, Baked Potatos, and Steak
Everything fried!!!! Then this is your place. They DO NOT sell wine or beer, We had a pubic hair on the rim of the plate for our onion rings, the plating was similar to what I imagine would be in a cafeteria, at 6:30pm for dinner my wife and I (36 and 41) were by far the youngest people there... IT was like being at a retirement home... portions were ridiculously huge... my Grouper was over cooked and just over 1/4 inch on thickness... which means that they split a normal filet that you can purchase at a market for $10...
First time we have been disappointed. Ribeye steak was a cheap cut off sirloin. Cured steak was raw hamburger, blackened on the outside. I took it home and grilled it.
THE GOOD
Great place to eat in Parker, long time establishment due to both the food and the friendliness of the staff. With the little Pier right there it makes for a great view if your sitting on back deck. Only reason it got a 4 is because they serve no alcohol, a decision I respect but I like to have a beer at dinner sometimes.
The food is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I have been going to this restaurant since I was in High School but had not been there is probably 10 years before tonight. It's just as I remembered it. The food was delicious, the view was great, and our waitress was both kind and friendly. The only reason I gave it a four and not a five was because the dining area needs a little TLC and the tables are very close together. You can hear everyone in the restaurant's conversation. The dining area was clean but the the bathrooms needed tending to. That being said, it was a pleasant night and we enjoyed the staff.
Good food and service. Quick and its has water access and both indoor and outdoor seating. Friendly staff
