It's been a long time since I've eaten breakfast I'm a black that didn't feal so commercialised. The food was out quick the service was prepared perfect. The pineapple steak was by for the best in a long time. So tender..can't wait to go back and eat on the water.. Beautiful
We own two restaurants in Alabama, if our customers were treated this way they would NEVER be back, and if we had a waitress that acted like that she would be fired so fast her head would spin. Absolutely ridiculous!
The only good thing about this place was the atmosphere. The waitress dropped off our menus and when we asked for a few extra minutes she literally forgot about us, she even admitted it when she returned. It was almost 20 minutes before she came back to get our order (it was not overcrowded at all). When our food came out she brought me the wrong side, I reminded her that I asked for corn, not tomatoes- so she brought out the corn. I took only two bites before deciding it was not worth the calories - tasteless and too greasy just like the all too few shrimp in the shrimp basket I ordered. When the waitress cleared our table I heard her go in the back and tell the other waitress, "Look at this and I went out of my way to get her her corn." - referring to my uneaten corn that remained. I had to ask for a refill, my husband never got a refill. We waited 10 minutes for the check after we finished eating (by this time we were one of only 4 tables that remained.)
Great place to have a beer and lunch. Haven't tried dinner there.
This place is awesome. From the ambiance to the food, you can't get much better. It's right on the watter in one of the Panama City bayous downtown, with catfish swimming all around. It's always busy, but usually quiet so you can have pleasant conversation. The wait staff have been super friendly the three times we've been here. The food is delicous. Their oyster basket with sweet potato fries are amazing. Their Drunk & Ugly dessert is to die for. By far best "local" seafood and grill place in Panama City.
Love eating here. Pull up your boat or walk out on the dock. Very relaxing, laid back location with good food.
