Beyond the food, the atmosphere was awful too... the manager/owner came out several times, running his mouth in the main area about things that shouldn't be discussed in front of customers; making our dining experience uncomfortable. Not to mention I barely made it to Transmitter before my stomach flipped & I almost didn't make it home.
Great food and awesome service! We had an issue with our car after we ate and the owners helped us while it was raining even though they were trying to eat as well! Great place with great people!
So happy we came in. I ordered fried pork chops, house salad, garlic toast and french fries. So yummy and so much food I had to share with my husband.
First, and last, visit ever... We were headed to another place when we made a last second decision to go to Anyday Cafe. Wanted to try somewhere new. Worst decision ever.
It's just outside Panama City on 231. Don't be put off by the old mobile home looking building, it's very clean and tidy on the inside.
It was way over priced, $50 for 2 adults & 2 kids (then add in a tip... could have gone to Olive Garden for that price). They didn't get us our appetizer for 20 minutes after placing our order, then brought it with the meals (what's the point then), it was so bland and not worth $7. Everything was greasy. The $10 Salisbury steak was more like 2 bland hamburgers on a cheap diner plate & the roll was nasty/cold/dried out. The fish sandwich was 3x the size of the bun but not worth $12.

Very friendly waitress. She was really working hard with the lunch rush. I wish she would have had some help. She still did a wonderful job.

My burger was black, burned and dry. It was awful. His meatloaf wasn't any better! The French fries and pickles were awesome tho. Bun was crusty on her philly steak. And all that for $35.00. We won't be back or recommend it.
Husband ordered the shrimp basket, house salad with garlic bread. If you are a big eater this will not fill you up. Only six shrimp. I think you can probably order double meat. I didn't ask because this is our first visit here.
If I could leave no stars I would! Im new to the area and wanted to try something new well that was a big mistake. First they ran out of mashed potatoes which is fine but then the female on the phone cancelled one of my orders and still charged our credit card for everything. Now just got a call back and they have ran out of what I had ordered and already paid for. Never go to this place!! They will take your money then hang up on you!!
Maybe it was an off night for them but it was a horrible experience for us. Our waitress was super nice, friendly, attentive, & thoughtful with my kids; that's the only good thing I have to say (only reason I gave a half decent tip).
