The food was unbelievably good, but definitely a lot of salt. So worth every penny! The decor is unique and gives you something new to look at.
Gary and family are good folks and local. They have great service and a friendly hospitable environment at the restaurant. The food is great and excellent prices for fresh and freshly prepared seafood. It’s a great place to take out of town visitors for some local fare and very family friendly environment.
This place is the classic "hole in the wall!" The food was awesome and so was the staff. Very reasonably priced compared to other local restaurants. Everything I read in the reviews about Gary were true. Super nice guy!!! My daughter, who is stationed nearby, commented as we were leaving that she will be bringing her friends there.
"Don't judge a book by it's cover." The food is fresh and homemade. Staff was very helpful with menu questions. Don't worry if you don't like fish or oysters, there's more! It's a southern style seafood restaurant with a Cajun twist. Loved it! Interior is air conditioned. I wondered about that many times when I drove by. Definitely a thumbs up!
