The food was amazing the restaurant was very clean but the service sucked!! The red head obviously didn't like her job she had an attitude from very beginning and just overall sucked as a waitress and continued to give dirty looks and had a starring problem no matter how nice you were to her. But the cook was great!
Tried to order tonight at 7 o'clock (granted it is Black Friday so we figured they'd be busy), we called to check if they delivered to our house and were told it was a 45min-1hr wait, to which we said that was okay and that we would call right back with our order. We got our order together and called back on the same phone, the same lady answered and when we tried to place our order she started saying hello like she couldn't hear us. So we called back after she hung up, this time trying outside the house in case of bad signal. She answered again and immediately began saying hello like she couldn't hear us. We tried calling back again on a second phone, checking that this phone had full signal. She answered again and told us to either order or stop "tying up the line", as we tried to speak to her. Tried AGAIN on the 1st phone with full signal and she didn't even say anything, just told someone else that "they're doing it again." So we made a final attempt on a 3RD phone, and she answered yet again and apparently couldn't hear us. Whether they didn't want to actually do another delivery or truly couldn't hear us, I have no clue. But honestly, I don't believe that 3 phones all had such horrible connection (when showing full 4G bars and have never had this issue before AND have ordered from the exact same place with 2 of the phones previously), that we couldn't be heard. If their phone service at the place is that bad, open a website or additional way to order. If they didn't want to do another delivery today, they could have just said so and we would have happily taken our business elsewhere. Either way, we are annoyed enough to just not order here anymore.
Best sausage gravy and biscuits around. That ain't no lie. Their other food's are just as good and the service can't be beat.
