We came in around 8 they don't close until 9:30 and starting at 845 the waiter was hovering and wanting us to pay the check. Spoke to manager and she was no help. Finally got pissed at 9:10 and paid and left. Thanks for helping us have a great family dinner!!!!
Used to really like eating here. They've raised their price but not their food. I don't like that they put signs on some entree's for dinner only. If it's on the bar and people cross over to their dinnertime hours it shouldn't matter what a person eats. Golden Coral doesn't do any such thing on their buffet bar.
When they first opened the food was fresh and delicious. Over the years the taste and freshness has gone down. They always have the same stuff and no longer offer crablegs. Even if they did, they only bring one small bin out an hour, so by the time the guy in front of you piles his plate high with 5-6 claws you won't get any during your visit. Unless you are the guy who gets there first and takes it all.
The selection of food was amazing. From seafood to traditional Asian cuisine, there were also some American-style food staples also offered. The buffet was well stocked and attentively maintained to ensure freshness. The restaurant was well lit and immaculately clean. The wait staff was friendly and very efficient in clearing the tables of used dinnerware. I really enjoyed the Hibachi grill where ingredients of your choice are prepared and cooked to your specifications. The buffet has plenty of choices for children too. It was a pleasant dining experience and reasonably priced.
Chowtime is an amazing place for people to eat and enjoy the delicious food. The prices are very reasonable. Monday-Friday for lunch is $7.49. Saturday-Sunday is three dollars more so the price is $10.49. All you can eat crab legs are on Friday-Sunday at 4:00. The dinner prices on Friday- Sunday is $11.49 and crab legs are included. Drinks are separate from the meal and they are close to two dollars. The kid's prices are different based upon how old they are. 1-2 are free, 3-6 is $3.99 , 7-9 is $6.99, 10 is $10.49 this is for the lunch. The dinner prices are slightly higher for kids. The prices do differ upon the day of the week for both kids and the adults . The dinner prices are slightly higher than the lunch. They do military discounts as well as senior discounts. 62+ for a senior to get the discount. For party of 12 or more a 15% gratuity is added to the bill. Service is very good they know what they are doing. The place is very clean.
