Southern style buffet was great! Very similar to what you'd expect from a home cooked meal. Staff was friendly and attentive, food was awesome and the price can't be beat. Will be back!

food was supposed to be down home southern cooking but was just down right GREASY & not alot of options for it to be a buffet!
Dear God everything here was amazing. Some of the finest Southern cooking in this city. The BBQ pork riblets were mouth watering bone melting delicious. The drop fried cornbread was texture perfect. The peach cobbler ... I am eating it right now and its as if the peaches were rolled in angel breath dew then softly delivered on a pillow of silk and honey. There is no such thing as "just one plate" at Cassandra's. Will come back next time I'm in town.
