Just what I needed after open heart surgery thanks for taking great care of me.
Compared to St Andrews they are 10 times better went from 3 to half to an hrs of pt a day and the pool was a plus do not go to St Andrews they ignore call buttons for over 3 hrs and laugh about waiting to give the patient morning meds instead of as needed so I laid in pain for 3 hrs unnecessarily healthsouth answered my calls within minutes was actually healing at healthsouth and have regressed at St Andrews
So very grateful to everyone at HealthSouth who took care of me. You are all amazing and I am so blessed to have chosen HealthSouth. It didn't matter whose job it was, you did whatever was needed to help the patient. I would love to name each one of you but I know I'd leave someone out. God bless you all.
This facility is absolutely awful in every aspect! Poor nursing care, poor rehab services, and poor management are the only things that can be said for this place. They're only concern is what they're getting paid and NOT the patient!
My husband came to the facility after a Trumatic brain injury for his recovery and these people are not qualified to watch a stray animal much less a human being. The RN on duty Sherman Plat is the most unprofessional head of nursing I've ever seen in my life ? They lost my husband's wallet and his iPhone when he went in the mail the night to the emergency room in their chair and they had no apologies just sarcasm My husband had a seizure and I went around to find a nurse at 8 PM at night and could not find one person in the hall or at the desk I don't know where these people train or why they are allowed to act like this I apologize to the few that are professionals there but the rest of them I wouldn't leave my cat with . I hope the health department will be making a stop there soon because it is the dirtiest place I've ever seen that calls their self a medical facility
