I asked if I would have to pay the full 250 even though I never " saw" Dr. Bautista and she answered yes. After my payment of $250 was made , they shredded my application with my social , my wife's social, and my drivers license and promised that they would delete this info from the computer as well. So do they need all the personal info if you pay before "service " ? They wanted my address as soon as I called them to schedule . As soon as I turned in my initial paperwork I asked if it was really necessary to put my social. One of them said "no" the other said "yes we need it for collections ". Collections already I haven't even set foot into the waiting room ! Perhaps they make money billing people that call and schedule an app or have something come up and miss.

These people started sending me a bill, and I have never been to these people. When I called they said I missed an appointment.... I never had an appointment, then they said if I didnt pay they were going to send me to the credit bureaus. When I asked to speak with the owner, she hung up on me. This reads scam all over it.
Having acromegaly made my case a little unique. Michelle and her staff were patient and helped me to feel better. More energy, focus, better mood, and less emotional. I have recommended her to several co-workers.

Love Michelle! She listened to complaints I had for years and was the only one that recognized I may have actually had something else going on. She has honestly saved my life. Quit going for A while due to staff, however, she does seem to have that taken care of much better now! Would gladly refer to anyone with issues they just can't seem to push through! Especially women!!
Awful. You will start to notice the demeanor of the staff from the beginning . Then the whole page of threats that you have to initial about charges for missed/ late appointments.
After watching the required video I asked the administrative assistant about clarification of charges - since I was self pay. I previously had inquired about veterans discounts and they have none , but I was confused about the cost of the labs . In the background I heard someone say " is he going to pay or what " ? Apparently I had to pay the 250 before they could explain to me the cost of the labs. I told them I didn't feel like this was the place for me- Dr. Bautista came out from around the corner and said that the feeling could be mutual.
