The lady who does the appointment waer the red lipstick she is pale she was very rude to me very mean to me because I told her I do have appointment an she was just very downgraded to me, I would never do business there ever again because of that lady she needs to learn more people skills be nice I think she shouldn't be working up front I think she should be in the back washing tools because she is a tool in the front
Do not go here!! They will put your life at risk! I was sent to the ER for severe abdominal pain by them. After 8 hours in the ER was told to follow up with Dr for CT and it took 7 days to get someone to talk to me just to tell me I have to come in for a appointment and then they will get me a CT. I have had severe abdominal pain this whole time. Still don't know what it's wrong. They said rules are rules. Had they talked to me Monday through Friday when I called and told me that I could have had the test done. Now it is Saturday and I have to wait the weekend again in so much pain I am throwing up and crying. I have already spent 8 hrs in the ER at bay medical.
