Woman answering the phone refused to answer simple questions concerning charges for patients. She really did a lot of dancing around the simple question of fees, charges and only focused on the free consult. Really sounded like a scam.

Just wanted to add my 5 stars that this place is EXCELLENT! Dr. Copp truly cares about his patients, his office staff is fabulous, and he is exceptional at what he does. When I came to him the first time, I couldn't bend my neck down without it shooting horrible sharp pains down my spine. FIRST VISIT IT WAS GONE :)
No walk ins!. Full work up needed. Here I thought chiropractic is healthy, feeling the body paying attention to the language the body speaks not X-rays not insurance coverage.
Dr.Copp is very informative and VERY educated. He shoots it straight and doesn't beat around the bush and some people cant handle it. But me personally I love it. Not only does he do chiropractic work but he specializes in functional medicine which has changed my world!

Dr Copp is the best doctor I've ever been treated by. He conducts thorough and comprehensive evaluations to determine the exact nature of the injury of each patient.. He takes the time to listen to his patients and he explains in detail his findings. He develops a plan to get the whole person well and communicates the plan with his patients so they know what to expect. The office staff is friendly and will go out of the way to help in any way possible. If you need a chiropractor there is no better place to be treated than Family Chiropractic Center.
