I started jiu jitsu about 2 years ago. This is the first school Iv ever trained at. After traveling for school and work reasons I’ve trained in many other gyms. Alberto and Pam are world class instructors and they go above and beyond to make sure their school is clean, up to date to make sure their students have everything they need to be champions. Many students at this school are competitive and some are not and that’s great because it’s always fun to push each other to the next level or help those who need some advice and extra reps. Great environment awesome people oss!
Moved to Panama City back in April and on my first day I checked the school out based on the opinions of people I trained with out of state. I couldn't be happier with it. The instruction is great and Alberto really lets you grow as an individual there. The family feel is something else that makes is a fantastic place to train.
Alberto Silva who is a native from Rio de Janeiro is a legit black Belt under Sérgio Marra. With a vast knowledge of BJJ his school is for your entire family. An excellent environment for both children and adults. I highly recommend!
