Was a new patient this week. Excellent Doctor and nurse; however, had to call once a day to ask for prior authorization paperwork to be sent to insurance and each day was told "we are working on it." Called Fri morning and was told I was "first in line" and as of Friday afternoon the insurance company still has not heard from the office. Just tried calling 30 mins before office closed to ask status and the call goes to the automated system.

I have had several Primary Physicians, never had I crossed path with one like Dr. Hussain. Great bed side manners, He listens, He cares, He's very concern if He can not get to the bottom of your illness He will refer you to the very best specialist in town. This man actually saved my life in January. I will continue to refer patients to him. When I first went in to see Him I was a Physical & Mental mess. I had to have help with My Best friend Esther to communicate. Now I can do it Myself. Because when I get stuck He takes the time to let me finish what I'm trying to explain. Thanks to Esther &Dr. Hussain I come this far. I still need some help with confusion. With Esther as My Care giver She can call & a get the story straight. I love His Staff. They'll Me no matter how dumb the question is. Not to Them They say.
