All diagnostic work is and can b done here with Dr Maddox. Her staff stay on top of current technology to apply or diagnose a condition. Love the whole staff.
I can't speak for the other doctors - but certainly for Dr. Maddox. Not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but my experience was OK. Upfront friendly staff was pleasant. Upon meeting Dr. Maddox, it was a quick-in and out. Literally 7 minutes. I felt like a product rather than a patient. I waited over 20 minutes for her, tried to converse with her - but she lacks the doctor-patient relationship - especially for a woman (no maternal demeanor). She's alright.
I have seen Dr Maddox several times and each time she has answered all my questions, shown genuine concern for my pain, and resolved to work with me until it was under control. Yes it was a quick visit because I am sure she has many patients who come to see her as she is the best in my opinion. The front desk staff is fabulous , on the other hand, her nurse has a long way to go in bedside manner.which is the reason she only received 4 out of 5 stars.
I waited one & half hour past my appointment time. I was with her for only 4 minutes. Other visits the wait time was 30 minutes or less.
