He's a very good doctor. I have female issues and he's done several procedures on me. Would recommend to anyone.
Great communication from patient to staff and staff to patients clean office with up-to-date technology and information and really kind knowledgeable staff they are busy but it's only because they're so good they also only deliver at bay but I have the best experience there it's like having private one on one delivery service if not I get you in and get you out kind of Hospital plus the midwife on staff is amazing
The receptionist was very, very, very rude (Margaret). Most of the front desk staff here is. Ms Tia is a great person once you reach her. Some of the others treat you like crap. I can't take away from Ms Noreen, great lady indeed. Change up the staff, maybe a better place. After having my mishaps I'll be changing over to Emerald.
Dr. Morrow is great, and very passionate. I feel he is one of the most sensitive doctors in this practice; however, the receptionist, is the rudest person I have every met, by far. And she is very incompetent. Every time I call she continues to put me on hold for every other call that keeps coming in behind mine without completing my call. I asked her what made the other phone calls more important than mine, since I called first. She said all calls were important, but yet she kept putting me on hold and hanging up me. One time I went in there to try to see someone from having severe pain and she yelled so loud asking me if it was "a pregnancy or non-pregnancy related." I was mortified. I gave a look of fear and she demanded an answer because that depended on who I see. I told her not to be so loud as there was about 5 other patients in the lobby and it was none of their business what my medical concerns were. Also when I called she tried to tell me that I refused to get transferred the appointment line "so she could take the other calls," and I told her that she never offered. She said she never offered because I told her I wanted the appointment she first said wasn't available then put me on hold, then picked back up and said it was available, then put me back on hold and said it wasn't available. I guess she forgot who she was speaking to when she told me it was available since she couldn't handle all the incoming calls, and she was cherry picking the appointment and not giving it to me, so she put me back on hold and picked back up and said that when I told her I wanted the appointment that's why she didn't transfer me to the appointment line but now that appointment was all of a sudden not available again. Of course I told you I wanted the appointment so make it if you can since she told me it was available. If not transfer me to the appointment line who can handle the phones better and isn't so rude. Oh and every time I call up there the receptionist always tells me the nurses are at lunch, literally EVERY TIME. There should be at least one nurse there at all times, rotate the lunches, period. I simply want to reschedule an appointment and this lady is pure pure rude and incompetent. Fire her immediately. Its not good practice especially in a medical office where people expect to be comfortable.
