I had read the reviews of this Dr. before going to see him (so I knew better) however I went anyway, my experience was frustrating at best, after sitting in his waiting room for 2 1/2 hours then sitting in the back for another 45mins. to an hour (if you are in pain, you know this is hard on you) as he is questioning me, and I am trying to answer him as honest as I can... he insinuates that I am a liar and then starts twisting my words from what I said to something else basically trying to make me feel stupid, and then tells me that I need to go home and think about what I want to do.... think about what I want to do??? I came to him to move forward in my treatment so what did I need to think about??? folks, this is what happens when the Dr.s have more control over your care than you do, they couldn't care less, but they don't mind getting that $50 co-pay and billing your insurance. you have been warned just like I was, do with it what you will....oh and Dr. shores office, don't bother with your automated response,you know the one "DR. shores try's his best... spill blah blah blah.... Mr. Shores, isn't it quite typical in your response to blame it on drug abuse?? As I recall, during my appointment with you I never asked you for anything, in fact we never went over any treatment sir. when you asked me what I wanted my response was "I would just like my hand to work again" so I am confused as what that has to do with drug abuse and certainly the accusation of illegal drug abuse when there was no urine test. I can assure you that my urine is as clean if not cleaner than yours sir. Are you a good Dr.?? probably so sir, but you are not being called arrogate by multiple patients here for no reason, I just hope that you will take the time to give that some thought.
I found him very arrogant and he thought he knew more than any other doctor or medical test I have had. Reported him to my insurance company.
This doctor did not want to help me. No answer as to why. Apparently he forgot that he's in the medical field which is a field of helping people. Very unprofessional and unethical. No morals or dignity, a lack of respect and no honor. Hey Dr. Shores you are in the wrong career, find another, YOU ARE FIRED!
He's extremely educated in his field! He's humble honest and does a great job making you feel comfortable. He's very good at making sure you understand any procedure you may be facing. I appreciate him as my pain management doctor. I'm grateful for him.
Dr. Shores is one of the nicest kindest & sweetest people I know. He helped me with my back & I'm very appreciative for his service. He can get my service any time!! Cleannes goes along way with me & his office is very clean. And his staff are very friendly & kind. Some people come into the doc's office with attitudes (I have seen it first hand) but, the receptionist handled it very professional!! May God continue blessing you all & your practice⚘.
