I love this doctors Office, I went there after having a horrible time a Emerald Coast During a miscarriage. But this doctors office was very kind and gentle with me, knowing that I prefer a woman doctor, they allowed me to schedule around Dr Percy's schedule. I have had two children, delivered by Dr Percy. both mostly wonderful experiences.
This is my first pregnancy and of course on my first visit I was terrified. But when I went in, the staff was very kind and reassuring, and the wait time was limited. They got me in and saw me, and even gave the people with me ultrasound pics of the baby. So far, I would definitely use them again.
It was horrible. I waited 2 hours and still never got called. Everyone that came after me left before me. When I went to the desk to ask what was going on they were Rude and disrespectful. They had no concern for me whatsoever. I can't believe they acted like that towards a new patient.
This doctor's office has assisted us greatly in further complicating our lives during our first pregnancy! We moved to the area recently and didn't have the option of a referral from family or friends and we landed on all about women. My wife felt so uncomfortable asking questions to the nursing staff and medical team at the clinic, that we felt we had no other choice but to leave. The office clerks were rude, short, and all around worthless. It took us WEEKS to get our records transferred to a new doctor! The nurses were very short and just seamed miserable to be working where they were. We were very unhappy and I do not recommend this clinic to ANYONE, based on our experience.
