I went there with my daughter 3 years old.
My experience is with Dr. Gibson ENT, which is across the street from the main Gulf Coast office. I've had excellent care here and the staff has been first rate. Dr Gibson and his assistant, Sherri, are wonderful; personable, professional and attentive. One of the best medical experiences I've ever had.
If you are looking for a good professional to your children, in fact this is not the place.
I was really disappointed.

As a human, this is extremely frustrating and an experience that wasted so much time calling in over 20 times on Thursday. The voice message didn't even give the hours it just said sorry I'm either on the other line or steeped away from my desk. It should have said "I step away from my desk to my house and I wont be in today because its Thursday"

I called to get an appointment, which was just an average experience. The doctor was fine as well.

They work only for cosmetic surgery.
However, billing is terrible. They are either unable or unwilling to pick up the phone. I have called over 20 times to pay my bill (which was correct, however took over 90 days for them to mail it to me from the date of my appointment). I even called and left a message asking that if the call back, they tell me when the billing department is open because I figured it may have different hours (it doesn't). I call, leave a message, and they eventually call back (which is good). But they call back when I can't talk so its phone tag. I've even called multiple times in a day, so much so I programmed by phone to auto dial through the complicated phone system to get straight to the billing department. Even with all of this, I can't seem to pay my bill. I'd gladly keep my money if you'd like!
Saw Dr. DAUBE, he was nice, but I didn't think he spent enough time on my exam. Said I should visit every 3 months to check on my chronic nose bleeds, but I never went back. They could not get my last name right on my medical paperwork. Kept showing only DUNG, not MERCHANT-DUNG. When I questioned the nurse she said it was changed in the computer, but I saw my handwritten file in her hand still said DUNG as last name.!! Not right!!
I'm thinking about suing them.
Would recommend to any one looking for an excellent surgeon.
I finally got through, and even though I have a voice message saying that billing "office [hours are] Monday - Friday 8-12 and 1-4 on Monday - Thursday", the lady I spoke with indicated this is NOT true. For anyone trying to call in, note that I was informed that billing is only open on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, vs. the voice message that I got.
She had something in her ears.
