Dr. Reddy is an excellent Physician with superior skills in his chosen field. He exhibits the greatest concern for his patients, their treatment and their privacy. He shows empathy and gives clear explanations. It is a joy to be his patient!!!
TOO long of a wait time when you have an appointment. Usual wait time for me (with an appointment) has been 45 minutes or longer. Plus, Carol, the billing person, is rude, talks loud, abrasive, interrupts the conversation and is NOT pleasant to deal with. Love Dr. Reddy, but the wait time is very hard to deal with. My time is worth something too.
I called to make an appointment with Dr. Reddy whom I had already seen for several procedures previously, that being endoscopy and colonoscopy. I told the person that my pancreas was under another of several severe, acute attacks. She said he could see me in 10 days. I made the appointment, then proceeded to self-educate with on-line research where I learned that there is a special healing diet for the pancreas that should be undertaken immediately in my condition. With each attack their is further damage to this vital organ. The diet is simply taking fresh juice from fruits and vegetables and abstaining from dairy products and high fat meals. I am dismayed that this information was not given to me from the person on the phone, but then again, I don't think most doctors are in the healing business.
Terrible! Wife had to wait over 3 hours to be seen. Over 3 hours! A total disregard to his patient's time.
