Hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, I still had not seen the Dr. Had to pay $140 up front before any service was even provided despite the fact I had insurance. After an hour and a half I got my money back and asked for all my paperwork. After some hesitation I received my personal documents. No hassle about the refund. Even with an appointment, expect wait times like a walk in. Not very professional.
He's kind , he takes time to listen to your problems and concerns an helps you with them. He shows compassion when your sick. I rate him an ( A ) plus.
We have had so much trouble with his office stuff calling or faxing in my dad's RX refill. I keep dates,times and name of who I talked to for my own records only to have them say we have to call CVS to get them to fax Dr. Gamad Office for refill(that's so crazy to me) I thought that was the doctor's office job to call in the script for his meds. I would not recommend this Dr office to ANYONE
He is a very knowledgeable man very understanding I've been a patient with Dr.G for five years and have had no complaints.
