Dr Fox is great. Her personnel not so much. I had bronchitis and nurse practitioner refused to see me because I hadnt been able to get a test done. I have seen the women up front making fun of people that call and be rude to people on the phone.
My husband and i are new patients. We are amazed at the quality of care that we receive. Very courteous and professional from Dr. Fox down. All the staff are very kind and attentive. We are so happy to have found Fox Family Practice.
This is one of the worst Dr's I've been to. My father went in because he was sick and they refused to refill his current prescriptions while he was there. Wanted him to make another appointment for that week to get refills. Talk about money hungry. I myself had an appointment with them for a later date and called to see if they would see me sooner due to being sick and was told no that I needed to go to a walk-in clinic. I then told them it was crazy that they would turn away sick people she then informed me she was cancelling my appointment and would notify the "medical staff". She cancelled my appointment and my husband's. If you want to be treated like a human being then please find someone else to see. It amazes me that someone would act so unprofessional on top of requiring you to come back almost monthly for refills. Talk about billing the insurance as much as they can.
I have to start by saying that I am a registered nurse and work with many of the local physicians. I absolutely love Dr. Fox and Jody Kirk, NP... the office staff has always been extremely helpful and nothing but courteous! Their medical expertise and care is outstanding. I have never had an issue like the other reviewer... and with Obamacare, there are new rules that every physician has to adhere to. I have never had an issue getting an appointment when my daughter or I have been sick...
Dr. Fox has been my doctor for several years. She and her staff are always courteous and helpful when I need refills or clarification after a visit. Dr. Fox, herself, takes the time to explain medical/physiological processes that I may be experiencing and address each of my questions. If you want a caring staff and excellent doctor, I recommend Dr. Fox.
