We used the Sears Auto Center because they never seem to do us wrong! We went to get my husband new tires for his truck, and they matched prices online to make sure we got the best deal possible! I also love that they include the rotating and balancing!

When I brought my truck in for a tire change and alignment I was told by the "mechanic" (who shall remain anonymous but bore a strong resemblance to a hairless lawn gnome) that he "had to use" use a 6 foot cheater bar to loosen the fasteners which adjust the camber and caster on my front end. The manufacturer uses fasteners with ridges on one side of the fastener which lock onto the mating surface to prevent them from backing out during driving. The correct procedure is to remove the side of the fastener which is not ridged. I am not a mechanic and even I know this. I had to have the fasteners and several other expensive ($300) parts available only through a dealership replaced due to this "mechanic" shearing the ridges off. An overabundance of force is apparently not a suitable substitute for a reasonable amount of knowledge. 2 of my plastic hub covers fell off in the parking lot, they had been broken during removal and just "stuffed" back on ($78 each) with nothing said. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

Good service, excruciating wait. Even for something as simple as a basic oil change. I called ahead, asked how soon I could get my car in, they said it was slow, I showed up 20 minutes later, and my car has been sitting in the same spot I left it for an hour now. Do not expect to be "in-n-out". Next time I'm gonna have to make an appointment for an oil change.
