Ordered some car washing supplies online. Picked up my order and got home, only to realize they gave me a 6-pack of microfiber towels and did not include the headliner glue I ordered. Went back to the store same day - it turns out, they had neither of those items I ordered. So whoever put together my order basically just subbed a $5 pack of towels for the $20 pack I paid for, and didn't feel compelled to notate that they didn't have my headliner glue (which was marked "in stock" at that store online). Very unprofessional.
