Highly over priced!!! Might be ok for tires and small jobs but thats it.
Went in to get a tail light and see if they could help put it in. The two men standing around at the counter told me I had to talk to the service department. After standing there for five minutes waiting the man comes back and tells me he can't pull anyone off a job to do that today it would have to be tomorrow. I have been able to go in to other pep boy locations as well as Advanced Auto Parts locations and have people help me with tail lights, windshield wipers, etc the same day with no problems. The men at this location just seemed to want to stand around. They were not busy, there was one other person in the store. Very poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.
Brought my car in there, the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Turns out they did a good job on my repair. Definitely recommended these guys.
Great customer service! My son was visiting PC and got a nail in his tire. Because of the unusual tire size and it was a Sunday, they didn't have a suitable replacement to sell me, so he put on the spare for my 16-year-old. Tim was very patient, honest, and accommodating on the phone. I really appreciated him taking care of my son. Pep Boys had a new loyal customer
