Had my GMC ENVOY towed in on a Tuesday morning in the pouring rain. Having worked many years in the car business I knew what good honest service is. I told Marlon, the owner what I thought was wrong and how much I had to spend and had to have it back no later than Wednesday evening. Not only did they crawl under the truck in the pouring rain in a soggy field to put it in gear and drive it into an empty bay, they had it ready by 3 pm and came in $100 less than the quote and kicked in the tow charge as well. This man did all he said he would and will work with you. I would not hesitate going back if need be.
It has been over a year since I had my transmission rebuilt at Mr. Transmission in Panama City, Florida. They did a very professional and very quick job on the rebuild. They finished ahead of schedule and for a better price than any where else I checked. My vehicle has worked perfectly ever since. This was truly the best auto repair experience I have ever had. I would recommend them to anyone for any repair that they may need. I consider them more than just my auto repair shop, they are friendly professionals that I can trust.
I took my car in also only having them tell me I needed my transmission rebuilt as well, costing $1600 before taxes. I then took my car 75 miles to a family friend who owned a transmission shop, which told me it was some sensors in the transmission, and fixed it for only a quarter of the price. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS! BEWARE!
Please get a second opinion before having them work on your car. I was told I needed my tranny rebuilt. Went and got a second opinion and turned out to be a $20 part. Mr. Transmission wanted $1500 to rebuild it.
