Addition: To reply to the reply, this was not slander when a radiator was replaced that was not needed was lied to and said a pressure test was done and a crack was in it which was not( turned out to be a 8$ radiator cap)! This cost me 1157.00 for a sensor and a radiator that wasn’t needed! And a 100$ store credit is all that was offered!! Again, buyer beware!

This is a great place to bring your vehicle. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by Joshua you feel like part of the family. Joshua took me out to meet Art who was all smiles and ready to get my muffler put back on my car. Art explained to me what he was going to do as if to get my approval. This was going above and beyond. After the work was done and I was there to pick up my car. Matt came out and introduced himself to me and thank me for coming in. I had another muffler try to reinstall the muffler (they put on in the first place) but told me they couldn't to it. I will come back to this shop every time I need anything and I will tell everyone I know to go here. Thank you for the great experience.
First of all, I have been going to Mad Hatter for at least 18 years now. With that being said watch out!! I had them install a oil switch on my car for 200$. ( part is 29.00 at any box store AC Delco) they let me know I needed to replace my radiator that had a crack in it. 750.00!! Charged me for 4 hours of labor when it clearly takes less than an hour to do. They also marked up the price of the radiator 20% from Advance auto. My bill turned out to be almost 1200.00! I went back up and picked up my radiator they say had a crack and was leaking, there was no crack. Took it to a friend mechanic that works at a dealership to pressure test the radiator and it tested fine! He then told me We should check the radiator cap( which was bad). I called the store and spoke with Josh and he offered a store credit of 100$. Sending all this to my lawyer. The story here is they will rip you off unless just getting an oil change beware!!!
I've been coming here for years and always loved it. They hired some new jack ass named dale. He wants to charge you for every little thing, but can't even explain the job they're doing. Not only that, but I call to schedule an oil change and he says o no worries just bring it in and we will have you in and out. I show up 30 minutes later and good ole dale says it'll be at least an hour before we can even start. So I lose my cool being a loyal customer for years and having my entire family go here. I tell him I'll have to schedule it tomorrow because I have work. He tells me no worries just bring it in. I told him clearly I don't want to be in the same predicament I'm in now. So he literally scribbles down oil change 9 am on a sticky note and says scheduled. Doesn't ask my name car or any info. Needless to say we will not be using mad hatter unless Josh is working. You're better off closed then to let this Ass run your front office! He is making a bad name for this business and I'm finally fed up after several occasions dealing with this fool!!
