I've followed Steve around for many years because he's a fair and quality guy. These folks aren't necessarily cheap, but they are excellent. They always give you the straight scoop and can be trusted at their word, a rare commodity in auto care these days. For example, I was told by the mechanic at the manufacturer of my vehicle that I needed a new AC compressor... We're talking lots of money. I took it to Emerald Coast Auto and, an hour and around $30 later, they identified and replaced a bad resistor. Problem solved. About a year and a half later, the same resistor went out. Steve replaced it for free. You just can't beat this kind of quality service. They will ALWAYS get my business.

Can not say enough good things about Steve and his guys. I've used Emerald Coast Auto for years and have always been happy. Steve is an honest guy and he put his customers way before his bottom line. I recently had a job performed on one of my vehicles that ended up requiring far more work than was anticipated. I'll make a very long story short by saying that despite all of the extra labor and parts that it took to solve the issue (which I am 100% convinced was not the fault of the work they performed) Steve stuck with the originally quoted price. I know he took a big hit on that job but like I said he puts the customer before the dollar. I don't know what other mechanics in town would've treated me that well and I don't plan to ever find out. Emerald Coast Auto has a customer for life here.
