Please be cautious with false reviews that are one sided. For example David Jones review is only 10% accurate he brought us a phone that was water damaged didn't work or turn on told us he had already had the motherboard cleaned and just needed us to replace his power ic chip which we did and gave him back his phone that now turns on and works. He called back almost a week later about all other issues and I explained that we would not replace them for free due to the fact that's not what he paid for and he could bring it in and we would help him get those parts replaced. When he dropped off phone I told him if their was anything else wrong he would have to pay to fix to which he stated he had spare parts at home to fix it himself.
Highly recommended brought them my 7plus and they made it look like new and they did it very quick dropped off ate and picked up
2nd: We explained that is anything else was wrong he would have to pay for extra parts.
Do not get your phone fixed here! It cost me $189 and 26 days to get my phone back. Got my phone back now the camera does not work. The microphone does not work. The touch ID does not work. My phone is now $1000 paperweight. There is another place in the mall if you need to get your phone fixed it is located closer to the food court and only about 200 feet away from this place. I have all the receipts and paperwork it didn't help the manager Alex just kept making excuses. Thanks for nothing Alex
1st: Phone was water damaged at drop off and didn't even work.
So
I dropped off my phone , went to eat and came back and it was fixed in 100 percent working condition.
3rd: We gave him a working phone that is not a paper weight he just needs to replace a few parts.
We cover all repairs for 1YEAR against any defects and always honor that warranty just bring us your phone and receipt back if you ever have an issue..

This is the best place to go to get a glass cover for your iPhone. I had more issues and Alex took care of me for a very decent price.
These guys are phenomenal especially Alex very knowledgeable quick and efficient on repairs I came in with a broken iPhone 7 plus and when I finished it looked brand new and it only took Alex no more than 15-20 minutes to do it now the only downfalls I had was when I had an issue and when I came back I didn't have my receipt had to go get it and come back a second time but they did honor that one year guarantee they have.
