Just completely unfinished
This 18 basket course is still in development. Some tees still need to be cemented and the back nine still needs signs posted for length and layout. After a good rain storm a few holes will be very muddy and hole 3 turns into a marsh. I see great potential in this course when it's finished and polished. That's why I gave it a 4, but more like a 3 currently...especially after it has rained. There's wooded tunnel shots, a few water hazards and some baskets tucked in wooded nooks. It's currently a bit confusing for a 1st time player, so just ask the locals, they'll set you right. It's a little challenging compared to the other courses in Panama City. All in all I'd highly recommend you try this one out. It'll be worth your while even with some of the issues.
Very soggy, with huge ant beds and flying German roaches live under straw
Fun challenging DG Course in a pretty area. Watch out if you happen to thru a disc in a heavy brush area, it is hard to find! Great tee pad markers but soggy after rain on tee pads
Pros: nice variety of shots short/long/wooded/open & types of hazards (water/woods). Peaceful & beautiful & clean area. Some elevation changes
Overall: great potential would give it a 4 if city would complete or let local clubs finish the job
