In closing, my complements to the two young ladies that "built" my Papa's Special stuffed family size on Monday, Oct 10 around 3 pm. The service was better than awesome, as was the pizza. Thank you!
Fast Pizza Brands are not in the same League as PM's ... not by a long shot. I won't even discuss how I feel about store bought frozen cardboard pizzas. PM's selection, consistency, prices and service are all fantastic. What a great, high value product!
My love affair with Papa Murphy's began five years ago in San Antonio, TX. The affair continues here, in Panama City.
Sure, I occasionally experience an event when PM's young staff makes a mistake, the store is packed and I have to stand in line, or a pizza is not quite the same as the last one I ordered ... but this is rare. More importantly, my "worst" PM's experience (only two memorable events in three years) were trivial compared to my "best" lifetime experiences with any other Brand. And PM's pizza quality is far better.
Just got one of the 5 meat stuffed take and bake pizzas, and I have to say it is the BEST pizza I ever ate omg it's insane good, it's huge and very reasonable in price. I am telling all my pizza loving friends, try it once and your hooked. 5 out of 5 stars.
Terrible customer service. The last 3 times I've been there they were out of their gluten-free crust. That's the only crust my wife can eat. What's so bad is the last 2 times I placed the order by phone only to be told of this once I got there. So why take my phone number if you're not going to call me BEFORE I drive all the over there for you to tell me your out? Stupid. Their excuse everytime is we always run out. Hello!! Business 101! Supply and demand. If you keep running out then you are not ordering enough of that product. When I asked for the manager a Millennium came out and as I was explaining what they should do to solve the problem she looked at me like I had a 3rd eye so I know it's not going to be passed on to anyone of any importance!!
We loved the pizza. This place is closed permanently for business so don't waste the trip.
