This is the local Olive Garden and is a well managed restaurant in my experience. The service has always been good to excellent during my visits and the food is usually good. I think expectations are essential when evaluating a chain such as Olive Garden. As a chain, I can say they do an overall great job in quality control with their food and service. The atmosphere is as expected and a nice sit down dinner with your significant other or family can be had here. There are servers that have been here for at least a year or two and that says something about the management. The servers I’ve had contact with always seem jovial and eager to do their job, which is all you can ask for.
Efficient and fun staff. Our waiter Jacob was both professional and personable. Made our experience so much more joyful than just having someone wait on us.
I really like the food at Olive Garden. But the restaurant could use an upgrade, especially after the new one built near Pier Park. This one has always had friendly staff, just don't ever get caught eating salad from your spouses plate or they will charge you for an extra salad. It has happened to me twice over the years. No kidding. You also have to pay on the kiosk.
We appreciate Olive Garden on Hwy. 77 honoring Vets with a marvalous free meal. We appreciate it so very much. This is our favorite place to eat because the food and service is so good.
I have so much respect for the people who showed up to this Olive Garden to educate us about animal cruelty. I hope Olive Garden starts listening to them. We cancelled our reservation and ordered pizza instead. We still got our Italian food fix!
