We came in from out of town. We eat Buffalo Wild Wings all the time and our experience has always been good. Last night the place was practically empty so there is no reason why the customer service was not excellent. The girl who served us last night was terrible. She look like she didn't want to help us. That's is the first time I been to a restaurant where we did not get any refills on our sodas.the only reason I gave two stars is because the burger i had was very good! The service was just crappy.
We don't mind a wait but just felt like we were a bother even being there!!! Never again!
We tried to get in today. There were at least 10 empty tables that needed to be cleaned off. We stood waiting for at least 15 minutes to even leave our name with a girl that was clearly not in the right line of work. She was rolling her eyes, got irritated when the phone rang and was very unpleasant. After we got to where we could leave our name she told us it would still be a lengthy wait. Where was management to see that things were being taken care of properly? We ended up leaving mainly due to the poor attitude of the hostess that definitely needs to look for a different job. The hostess should be the happiest and best first impression!!!
If I could upload a photo on this review, I would. This was by far the worst B-Dubs I have ever been to. I consider myself a B-Dubs fan, wings connoisseur, and a very loyal customer to the B-Dubs family. But I am sorry, this place really was disappointing. Here are my reasons why: one, service was poor from our waiter and the others that helped ours; two, my family and I witnessed two waiters getting upset at each other and making a huge scene in front of us, not good customer service at all; and lastly, the wings were dry and over seasoned and had a modicum of chicken on them. This experience was very horrible and I hope both staff and management alike could change the atmosphere of this place. I have been to B-Dubs all throughout the west coast, California, Oregon, and Washington, and never have I had a horrible experience like the one I had in the east coast, at least in this one. I would not recommend this place to anyone who knows and understands the west coast B-Dubs experience.
Got seated quickly right at noon with a good view of the game we wanted to watch. Food and service were excellent. Yeah, there was a wait foe the food, what do you expect for game day? Amanda was our server she was absolutely amazing, super sweet and our drinks were never empty during the 2 hours we we're there. Prices seemed comparable to our regular BWW in the Midwest.
We've been here twice this week just due to the fact they were the only ones with the NBA package available in town. The first night it took close to an hour to get nasty food. The waitress had two tables and managed to still mess up our order. The second time we got a far better waitress, a sweet young lady named Kennedy. This time I opted for a cheeseburger. Can't mess that up right? Wrong
Had excellent and friendly service across the street at 5 guys burgers!!
